Shipping

We will ship all our items from Japan. Items which total costs are between 0yen to 4999yen will be shipped by SAL(small packet) to out side of Japan. This shipping method is EXCLUDEinsurance. We don't have any responsibility about the items you purchesed after posting to you.

Items which total costs are 5000yen and more than5000yenwill be shipped by EMS to out side of Japan. Aviation insurance and product tracking are available for EMS shipping.(All EMS shipping are included insurance cost.)

We can ship all items by EMS and highly recommend you to choose it. If you would like us to ship the items you purchesed by EMS, please write down "SHIPPING BY EMS" in messege space when you check out. We will caluculate differencial SAL(small packet) and EMS and email the differencial of invoice to you.
You will receive the items shipped by SAL(small packet) about a week to two week after we accept your order. EMS is faster and safer than SAL(small packet) and other shipping way. and the average shipping time is between three days to two weeks.

Return

We always be careful to pack items and ship them. But unfortunately, if you receive a item with defects, please simply notify us by emailing us a picture of the item showing the defects within 10 days after receiving the item. We will be happy to refund a full amount including shipping fee. We are afraid that we can't refund simply because you have changed your mind on the item(s) or you do not like its colors or design.

Holiday

We are welcome order by email and order on this web site 7days a week. But Saturday, Sunday, National holiday and summer and new year vacation(each 1week, we will notice before take it) will close a business. We do the business under Japanese Standard Time(GMT+9)
