How to Order

STEP1 When you find items you want, click on an add_to_cart

to purchase on the page.

STEP2 You will be taken to a secure site hosted by PayPal. Transactions through Pay Pal are secure, easy, and private. We never even see your credit card information. For your safty,please check and see the URLof PayPal of "https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr"and "Kyoto Breeze"logo.

If you are worrying to pay by Pay Pal, please email your order to us. we will welcome to accept your money order. You should know that it takes longer time to get items. email for order to order_mailadress

. We will give payment detail to you in the return mail.

STEP3 If you would like to continue shopping, click "Continue Shopping"button and enjoy shopping more.

If you would like to check out, click"Proceed to Check out" and prepare your credit card or PayPal accont for purchase.

STEP4 If you are already PayPal member, you know that your transaction will take a minute or so. If you aren't already a PayPal member, you will click a button and be asked for some information (name, credit card info, address etc) and asked to create a unique password for use on PayPal. From there, the transaction is almost complete.

If you are not PayPal member, you can go to check out paying by credit card. click"continue" in the paragraph of "Dont' have a PayPal account?" and please following the site flow.

STEP5 When you complete your order, you will be taken back to Kyoto Breeze automatically. and PayPal system will email you for your order.
No contract has yet been concluded

STEP6 We check and see our store stock on your order and check your information to prevent payment and shipping trouble. If ordered item(s) are temporary stock out or sold out, we will refund about the luck of items. If there is a problem about your information, we will email to you for requesting correction. If there are no problem about your order, we will email to you for acceptance your order.
When we email to you for acceptance your order, the contract between you and us will be concluded.
The first email to you usually send in 1business day after your order.

STEP7 We will happy to ship items you ordered by EMS. It will reach your home about 3 to 14days (depends on your country).

Shipping Cost

Shipping We will ship all our items from Japan. Items which total costs are between 0yen to 4999yen will be shipped by SAL(small packet) to out side of Japan. This shipping method is EXCLUDEinsurance. We don't have any responsibility about the items you purchesed after posting to you.

Items which total costs are 5000yen and more than5000yenwill be shipped by EMS to out side of Japan. Aviation insurance and product tracking are available for EMS shipping.(All EMS shipping are included insurance cost.)

We can ship all items by EMS and highly recommend you to choose it. If you would like us to ship the items you purchesed by EMS, please write down "SHIPPING BY EMS" in messege space when you check out. We will caluculate differencial SAL(small packet) and EMS and email the differencial of invoice to you.
You will receive the items shipped by SAL(small packet) about a week to two week after we accept your order. EMS is faster and safer than SAL(small packet) and other shipping way. and the average shipping time is between three days to two weeks.
